I keep getting told that software design and development is alot like designing a house for someone, I never believed them until now. So what changed my mind? The following story that I found on a website, I’ve copied & pasted it here in case it’s original location passes away.

Odd assortment of links.
This is an odd assortment of sites that I found tonight while browsing around the web, normally I would bookmark them and they would be forgotten in the blackhole that is my bookmarks folder. But in the interests of sharing things and in the hopes that someone will find them interesting I’m going to share them with you…
Tools and DIY

Since I was small I would go wonder round the tool/DIY sections of shops staring at all the cool tools that you can buy. ADSL Subscription
Just a little heads up, it has no effect whatso ever on Stuff.za.net or anything but I thought I would just let people know anyway. I’ve just changed my ADSL subscription.
Finding Cool Websites
I have a bit of a reputation for finding cool websites or finding sites that are interesting and that people have not come across before. People often IM/email me asking if I’ve got any cool sites they can visit or ask me to please put some cool links on my site.
This morning I was asked again by a friend if I would do that… so I’ve decided to do one better, I’ll tell you how I find all the weird sites I do.
